When your employees have the possibility to enter a declaration for costs, this process can be handled via a request.
When a request in Exact Synergy is rejected, by default no action is required for the request. The request therefore is no longer present in the workflow of the person. In case a request is entered by mistake or as a duplicate, it can be sufficient that the request will be present in the history, but not in the person’s workflow.
The blogpost ‘Tip: Receiving a notification’ explained how to receive a notification when a new request is placed in your workflow.
To view the requests you have created you can use the link ‘My requests’ in the left menu. Via several criteria you can define which requests you want to view.
It may be desirable to view the requests you have created but for which no action has been taken yet.
The previous blogpost explained how you can add a RSS feed of workflow on your homepage. In that example all requests of your workflow are included in the RSS feed.
The Exact Self Service App already gave you insight in your time off balance, salary slips, personal files and sick leaves. The App also enables you to quickly request for a day off or call in sick.
Your workflow contains a list of requests for which an action from you is required.
Based on the type of request and the phase the request is in, you can add your comment in the request and then approve, assign, reject, realize, reopen of process it.
To gain insight in the overdue requests in your workflow you can use the ‘Overdue’ function.
The ‘Overdue’ function applies to requests where in the request type definition the settings in the ‘Overdue’ section are defined.
In Exact Synergy Enterprise your workflow shows a list with requests for which your action is required. There are different ways to filter and sort the requests in your workflow. Possibly some request require immediate action while other requests can be handled next week.
