Determine which employees are displayed in the Service Management dispatchboard

Planning employees in the Service Management dispatchboard is done based on resource groups. The dispatchboard only shows employees that are linked to the selected resource group. Via the drop down box on top right of the dispatchboard you can select a resource group, to show the dispatchboard for that resource group.
