When you have contact with an account you can register the agreements in a request. To have insight in the agreements it is important to link the correct information in the request. In this case you can link the account and the contact person. When registered correctly the request can be found on the card of the account but also on the card of the contact person.
It’s not rare for contact persons within companies to change position or even to stop working for the company you’re doing business with. Because of this, you might have to deal with new contact persons regularly. Within Exact Synergy Enterprise, you now have the option to directly make a new contact person from the left menu.
While printing/processing invoices in Exact Globe Next, you have the possibility to send these by e-mail. By default, this is sent to the e-mail address of the main contact person of the invoice debtor. This occurs because the invoice address is also linked by default to the main contact person.
When a contact person switches from employer you can easily transfer the contact from one account to another account in Exact Synergy Enterprise. This can be done via the ‘New: Employer’ function:
