Completed information at all times

In order to be sure that all information is completed on an account card, you have the option to make entry fields mandatory. This way, you can be sure that, for instance, the field ‘phone’ is filled in. You can choose how many and which fields are mandatory for a certain type of account card.

Making a field mandatory

With a professional or administrator role (that has function right 430), you can set this up via the card. For instance, if you go to a supplier’s card, click the ‘customise’. Then click the button ‘Advanced’.

Now, you can check per adjustable field whether it should be mandatory or not. This is shown in the image above.

NB: If you define this for a specific level (for instance, ‘World’), then this setting will become required for all accounts of the same type, on that same level.
