Tip: Adjusting default ageing

Written by Marcel Thijssen on . Posted in Exact Globe

On the balance list of the ageing analysis, the age of the items is shown in various ranges. By default, this means the age in 20 days, 60 days and 90 days. If you would like to use other ranges, you can set this in the section ‘Ageing’ in the general ledger settings. Via the menu [System, General, Settings], you can open the general ledger settings.

Here, you can define the ranges of the age that are used in retrieving the balance list and ageing analysis. You have the option to state separate ranges for debtors and creditors. After saving the settings, you can close the company reopen it, after which the new ranges will be used by default regarding the balance list and ageing analysis.
