Since product update 240, you have had the option to add tags to your documents. These are keywords on the basis of which you can save and find similar documents easily. These might be documents about the same subject, but that each cover a different part of that subject. By working with tags, you can find all of these documents (again) in one go.
It is possible to add multiple tags to documents. If you then wish to perform a search on the basis of a combination of tags, you can follow the steps below:
- In the left menu, select Search and then Documents.
- Through Customise (), add the field ‘Corporate tag’ and make sure the search definition is set to ‘Contains’
- You can now search in this field for a combination of words within tags by separating them by a percentage symbol (%), for instance: ‘SQL%installation’
