The new Exact Synergy App is available for iOS and Android!

The Exact Synergy app has been around for some years now. In the mean time, we’ve created several new apps like the Exact CRM, Exact Self Service, Exact Expenses, Exact Field Service and the Exact Hour Entry app. These apps can be used in combination with Exact Synergy Enterprise as of product update 252 and are build with new technologies that offers more functionality, like push notifications. So it was time to get the Exact Synergy app up to par with the other apps so users can enjoy the app even more.

Important notice for users of the Exact CRM app for iOS

In October 2015, a new version (2.4) of the Exact CRM app for iOS was released that fixed a problem for users with certain regional settings. The problem was that in the calendar, the month January of the year 2016 was not available. Appointments with a date in January 2016 would cause the app to stop working.

Unfortunately, we notice that still older versions of the Exact CRM app are used, with a result that the app (for some users) will stop working.

We advise all users to use the latest version of the Exact apps. You can download the Exact CRM app here.

New Android Field Service App for working offline in Controlled release

The Android Field Service App for working offline is now in Controlled release.

Next to the App for iOS, now also the Field Service Offline App for Android is available in Controlled Release. Exact is offering an App that doesn’t require an internet connection. This enables the service engineer to perform the tasks that are essential to do his job, even when he is on the road or on a location where no internet connection is available.

The App offers the following:
• View the planning
• Get information about the job, such as the address of the customer, the contact, the phone number, etc
• View information about the configuration and problem.
• Register what he has done and enter hours and materials used and sign off the job

To be able to use this App, you need Exact Synergy Enterprise product update 254 or higher, and Android 4.0 or higher. The Android App will work on both tablet and phone. If you want to start using this new App, send an e-mail to productreadiness@exact.com.

Exact Self Service app extended with Inbox and Employee functionality

The Exact Self Service App already gave you insight in your time off balance, salary slips, personal files and sick leaves. The App also enables you to quickly request for a day off or call in sick.

With the latest version of the Self Service App (1.3 iOS or 1.3 Android), you are also able to check your workflow and look for contact information of colleagues!
