With Exact Online you can send e-mails automatically. This helps you out in the automated communication with your customers and suppliers, for example when you send invoices or reminders. Exact Online for Wholesale Distribution and Manufacturing have been extended with a new mobile app, supporting easy stock counting. Warehouse employees easily enter the stock levels in the app, using barcode scanning if required. The new levels automatically appear in the system and are processed with a single click. This way, your stock levels are always up-to-date, ensuring a good delivery performance. The app is available in Belgium and The Netherlands.
We’re happy to announce the general availability of a new feature regarding sending e-mails from Exact Online. With this new feature, it is possible to send e-mails from multiple pre-defined e-mail addresses. For each process, an address can be determined.
Using QR codes, we can put a lot of data in a relatively small areas in printed materials. This might be helpful when referring to a web page with product information or working instructions. Recently, we’ve added the option to add QR codes to the document layout of any document used in Exact Online for Wholesale.
From the Spring Release this year, Exact Online for Wholesale and Manufacturing contain a new feature called ‘Financial insights’. This feature delivers essential financial insights during the order intake process. Actually, when entering the customer in a new sales order, a popup is triggered automatically when needed, showing the amounts of (overdue) accounts receivable, open invoices and orders.
Return processes are quite challenging for most of our trade and manufacturing customers. Not only warehouse operations suffer from unclarity and unexpected arrivals of goods, resulting in lots of time waste and costs. Also the administrative staff is occupied with a lot of overhead, processing a growing number of returns.
In a digital warehouse, the delivery process is guided by business software to make it an optimized process. Delivering in full, at the moment your customers expect it. Wouldn’t it be nice when your business software predicts which orders you can pick, and which orders should wait, or need additional attention, due to in-availability of items?
Running your business processing a growing number of sales orders, more and more takes your valuable time. Because orders tend to grow by means of the number of order lines, changing for instance delivery dates for these lines becomes a real time consuming task.
Good news! We’ve released a few new features last few weeks for Exact Online for Wholesale and for Manufacturing.
Based on customer feedback and the votes going along with that, we select those improvements that contribute most to the business advantages as indicated by you, our customer and user.
From this Summer Release, Exact Online for Trade and Exact Online for Manufacturing offer the possibility to show ‘available stock’ information within the sales order. This information can be made available to the order rows, as a new column. This way, you can easily see if it is possible to fulfill your order, on product level.
