In October 2015, a new version (2.4) of the Exact CRM app for iOS was released that fixed a problem for users with certain regional settings. The problem was that in the calendar, the month January of the year 2016 was not available. Appointments with a date in January 2016 would cause the app to stop working.
Unfortunately, we notice that still older versions of the Exact CRM app are used, with a result that the app (for some users) will stop working.
We advise all users to use the latest version of the Exact apps. You can download the Exact CRM app here.
