Support for push notifications in the CRM apps

After a successful pilot phase, the Exact Synergy CRM app now supports push notifications. Push notifications will pop-up on your mobile device once a new task is added to your workflow or when a task is due. Another great functionality of the CRM app to work smarter.

To be able to use the push notifications feature, you’ll need to update to the latest version of Exact Synergy Enterprise, 254.


Valuable feedback

The pilot phase initially started with a group of 20 people. However, during the process many more joined and started using the new feature. The feedback was mainly positive although there were also some critical notes. This feedback will be used for further improvement of the functionality.

Customer activation

To be able to to use the Push notification functionality, you need to update to (the latest) version 254 of Exact Synergy Enterprise. Here a new mobile settings page is introduced where Push Notifications can be switched on. This page can be found via System -> Setup -> Mobile Apps -> Settings.

Activate now
The functionality is available in the most recent version of the app which you can download in the App Store (version 2.3.1) and Google Play (version 1.2.3). Make sure you switch on ‘Push Notifications’.
Do you have the CRM App already installed on your iOS device but not opened in a while? Make sure you have the latest version and open it one more time to activate the push notification permissions.
