Add a photo to a service order

With the Field Service app the service engineer has insight in the service orders, order history en customer information. The service engineers can enter all information required to finish the service order. They even have the possibility to add a photo and link it to the service order. This way the engineer can add a photo of a damage to the service order.

This can be done as follows:

  • Open the service order via the app
  • Press ‘Documents’ in the Extra information section.

  • Press + to add a new document.

  • Now you can select en previous created photo from the photo album of create a new photo.
