Printing an entry?

Written by Marcel Thijssen on . Posted in Exact Globe

It may come in useful sometimes to print a created entry. Within Exact Globe Next, you have the option to print entries.

Below, you will find the two most suitable options for printing created entries:

  1. The first way is via entry report under [Finance, Entries, Reports, To be processed]. You can zoom onto the relevant journal and then select the entry and choose ‘Print’. The information shown on this report is fixed, but dependent on the report settings above in ‘Standard’, ‘Brief’ and ‘Extensive’.
  2. Another way is by exporting the information via the menu [Finance, General Ledger, Select/Search]. Here, you can indicate the entry number in the filter and then define the desired columns. The columns that are shown here will be exported to Microsoft Excel once you select ‘Export’.
