A better search result

As a customer or partner of Exact, you have access to the customer or reseller portal. Via this portal, you have the option to view the latest news, consult your own information and search for product information using the Knowledge Base. In order to come to a much better search result, new search functions have been added.

New functions for the Knowledge Base

Since last year, you have had the option to ‘Google’ in the Knowledge Base. This way, you can search in the same way as you’re used to from Google: quick, easy and thorough and with the most relevant search results on top by default. From now on, two new functions are available within the search screen.

You now have a Navigate menu. This menu directly provides you with an overview of the amount of available documents within a category, product line or language.

  1. Query Suggestion
    Deze functie geeft de gebruiker een suggestie tijdens intypen van het zoekwoord. Deze suggestie is gebaseerd op eerdere zoekopdrachten van andere gebruikers
  2. Dynamic Navigation
    You now have a Navigate menu. This menu directly provides you with an overview of the amount of available documents within a category, product line or language.

These new functions allow you to search very specifically in the Knowledge Base.
