With the Synergy Office Integration, you can, among other things, create an appointment in Microsoft Outlook and synchronise it to an appointment request in Exact Synergy Enterprise. From product update 247 onwards, you can make use of agenda management. This allows you to link the account, the contact person and any project to the appointment and synchronise it with the appointment request.
The fields Account, Contact and Project are available in the new Exact Synergy Enterprise task pane when you make a new appointment. In the following video, you can see an example of this.
