Devices with iOS 9.0 or higher will (by default) use the HTTP/2 protocol. This protocol is saver and faster. The HTTP/2 protocol is supported as of Windows Server 2016. However, NTLM authentication (also known as Windows Authentication) is not supported by HTTP/2.

After a successful pilot phase, the Exact Synergy CRM app now supports push notifications. Push notifications will pop-up on your mobile device once a new task is added to your workflow or when a task is due. Another great functionality of the CRM app to work smarter.
To be able to use the push notifications feature, you’ll need to update to the latest version of Exact Synergy Enterprise, 254.

The HR Self Service App is the 4th App in line of our new App proposition. More Apps and Android versions of these Apps can be expected later this year!
Today a new version of the Exact Field Service App become available in the Appstore. This new version comes with native iOS 7 support, which you will recognize easily. All controls in the App, like datepickers, and other pop-ups will now have the iOS7 look and feel.
This version contains small bug fixes and support for iOS 7.1.
The Field Service App is available for iPad with iOS 6 and above.

The Exact Synergy App version 1.1 and higher contains very nice features. One of them is the possibility to show SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports on your iPhone/iPad. Under a new menu, option ‘Reports’ you can view all your reports on your mobile IOS device. In this article I will explain how this can be done.

Vier nieuwe apps ondersteunen tijd- en locatieonafhankelijk werken
Delft, 27 mei 2014 – Exact brengt vier mobiele apps voor zakelijke gebruikers op de markt, te weten de Exact CRM app, Exact Expenses App, Exact HR Self Services app en de Field Service App. Met de CRM App en de Field Service app hebben buitendienstmedewerkers alle benodigde klantgegevens altijd binnen handbereik. Persoonlijke informatie als beschikbare vrije dagen, ziekmeldingen en declaraties, zijn nu voor alle medewerkers in een organisatie toegankelijk via de Expenses App en de HR Self Service app. Bedrijfsinformatie uit verschillende bronnen zijn via de app op één centrale plek verzameld en makkelijk te raadplegen, ongeacht de locatie of het tijdstip.
Easy does it! That was what we had in mind when making the Expenses App.
With the expenses App you can book file a new expense report by by making a picture of your receipt. It is as easy as that, it’s all it is.
Of course you also get an overview of your previous entered expenses, directly showing you whether it is approved or even better paid back to you.
With the Expenses App, the administrator is free to define the information you have to fill in at booking your Expenses. He needs to define which request type he wants to use at HRM/Settings/Expense claim and the App will pick it up from here.
The header of the expense entry is fixed, showing default information the user needs to fill in. Directly below this section, the account and project fields are shown (when available in the corresponding request type). All other fields that are set mandatory will be shown below.
For now, the Expenses App is only available on iPhone and iPad. We we are working hard on the Android version which should be available this summer.
This Expenses App works in combination with latest version of Synergy product update 252.
The CRM App is available for all our users since January 2014. The App offers a lot of functionality and new features. But what exactly? I made a high level overview, showing what is available in the App. Have a look at it and let me know what you like or what you miss.

Exact has a major focus on delivering Mobile Apps to her customers. We just launched the CRM App 3 weeks ago and the new Field Service App is expected next week. And, even more Apps can be expected this half year.
One of the Apps we will start working on soon, is the Exact Hour Entry App. This App is aimed at consultants and allows them to easily book their hours. This can be any hour type. Some most used examples are:
- Billable hours: The billable hours booked by the consultant can directly be billed to the customer, once approved by the project manager.
- Non-billable hours: This can be internal projects, employee training, meetings etc.
To give full insight in what to expect from the Exact Hour Entry App, we made this video for you. This video is a prototype of the actual product. Note that the final product will slightly deviate from what you see in this video. The delivery date of the Hour Entry App is not yet set.
