That means that these updates are available for resellers as well as all controlled release customers. After a successful controlled release period, we will make these updates generally available for all customers; planned for the end of May.

Beware of the road crew ahead. Go to the restroom here if you’re a man, and there if you’re a woman. These icons, for the most part, tell us these things without so much as a word. They’re achievements of human efficiency.

A lot a valuable data is stored in Synergy. Pictures of people are one of them. Using these pictures in communication tools such as MS Outlook and MS Lync offers a great user experience! With Product Update 250 we deliver Windows PowerShell scripts which allow uploading Synergy profile pictures into Active Directory. After this every known person will show the Synergy profile picture in the communication tool. So now you actually see whom you communicate with; isn’t this great!

With every product update Exact implements some enhancements based on direct customer feedback. The list for Exact Synergy Enterprise product update 249, which is currently generally available, includes improvements of showing sections as tabs in requests, subscriptions to follow changes in requests and the possibility to copy a user’s preferences to another (set of) user(s).
