firstly, thanks for the interest that you’ve shown in our upcoming Timesheet solution and the trust in Exact.

We are currently integrating the Timesheet solution we acquired, into Exact Synergy Enterprise. Parallel, we’re working on translation into English of documentation like a user manual.
Towards the end of march we’ll also have th comemrcial material and pricing available, so please bear with us for a few more weeks.

The only demo website that is available for now, is http://demo.eddon.nl. login into Synergy Enterprise and via the link ‘voorkeuren’ you can chaneg your language into English to get a first feeling how the solution works.

Hello,

We are really interested in this feature, as we are currently dealing with the problem how to simplify the process of the client’s timesheets and invoicing. And we think this add-on could solve our problem.
Is there anything where we could read more details about this product (features, technical parameters, etc.)? Or is a demo version available?

How much will this add-on cost (at least approximately).

Yes, this will be general available for Synergy Enterprise, so not limited to one country.

The Timesheet solution will create sales invoices in Globe for the realized hours and (optionally) travel costs. It doesn’t automatically create WIP entries.

The Timesheet solution also works if a customer doesn’t have Exact Globe (of course, the background job to generate sales invoices will have no effect). That’s a difference with the currently available project hour entry in Synergy that’s directly storing the results in Exact Globe 9and only works in combination with Exact Globe).

Will this be a full release to all of the world, or a controlled release like the “Exact Synergy Campaigner” that is also referred to on this Blog.

We had a very disapointed customer after it was announced in release notes and then they were told, not it for The Netherlands only.

How does this compare with the WIP functionality in Exact Globe, and the current Web Services integration for Project Hours in Synergy Enterprise, appreciating that this has more functionality, we still need to have a solution that is integrated into Globe’s project WIP management, or total replaces it in conjunction with the PDI based sychronization between Globe & Synergy Enterprise.

@Exact user: if Synergy customers would like an integration with MS project, the solution Exact has is an addon develped by Exact Portugal. There are no plans for Synergy ASP to further integrate that MS Project solution into a standard offering. So it remains an addon. For Synergy Enterprise, we’re defining next phases of the solution for project-driven companies and a better integration with MS Project could be part of that. Whether or not to make that investment, will also depend on the user feedback to the solution, once it becomes available.

At last Project driven companies will be getting close to an integrated solution they are looking for…but are you able to tell me if there are any plans to enrich the Project functionality within Synergy Ent/Classic with something similiar to the MS Projects integration offering that Exact Portugal had developed, enabling better planning and reporting
