IIR for Synergy Enterprise is available as per product update 242. That update is currently in controlled release and will be general available soon. That means you can place your purchase order for IIR today

Indeed it refers to Incoming Invoice Register in Synergy Enterprise. This is not an add-on or building block, but a (chargeable) module in Synergy Enterprise.

Route incoming invoices from Exact Globe and follow up on them easily – I assume this relates to Incoming Invoice Register the chargeable Exact Add On?
